Acquisition complete

Emma Ames, Director of CFM Ltd in Exeter is delighted to announce that the shares of her late co-Director, Tim Ames in CFM have been wholly acquired by a partial buyback by the company and by Emma and co-Director Neil Gore personally.

After a sad and traumatic year, Emma advised that our key aim was to maintain the stability for our clients and staff.  We thank them all for their continued loyalty and support.

We now look forward to a new beginning.  The business goes from strength to strength having moved into prestigious new offices in July 2018, our aim is to gradually expand the team.  We encourage and mentor our team throughout the business to become the best they can be.

Emma advised “its been an interesting year”.  Having re-married in July 2019 and with co-Director Neil  and his partner Hope having twins in February 2019 in addition to their other two children, the Directors’ key goal was to ensure CFM remained independent and under private ownership.  Our business is built around maintaining a personal service to our clients and at least for the moment anyway, retaining control without disruption to our clients has been achieved despite the sudden and sad loss of Tim at Christmas last year.

Emma will shortly be known  as Mrs Woolfrey.   A new beginning and an exciting new future ahead.
